Founded in 1939 by Late Shri Bhaskar Ganesh Chitale, Chitale Bandhu is an Indian snacks enterprise which popularly runs in Maharashtra. It was formed by Shri. Raghunath Bhaskar Chitale (Bhausaheb) and Narsinha Bhaskar Chitale (Rajabhau) in 1950 as a subsidiary of the Chitale Group of Industries. Its first outlet was set up in Bajirao Road, Pune. Although its outlets are limited to major cities of Maharashtra, the products are distributed all across India. Over the years, Chitale Bandhu has been known for making namkeen (especially Bakarwadis) and sweets like Mango Burfi, Peda, Kaju Katli and many more. The brand menu consists of over sixty different kinds of sweets and forty different kinds of namkeen. The enterprise has an average turnover of around $33 million (Canadian) with around 2,000 to 2,500 customers shopping every day. 

Chitale Bandhu boasts a diverse range of 250+ products appealing to all ages, from traditional sweets to the innovative Bingebar, redefining quick bites with mouthwatering, convenient, and budget-friendly options. The 'No Added Sugar' initiative, Chitale MSquare, underscores the brand's commitment.

With a strong nationwide distributor network, with 300+ in Maharashtra alone, Chitale Bandhu are now expanding their presence in international market. The star products are available across major retailers nationwide, and exports reach Australia, America, Dubai, Europe, Africa and now in Canada.
